Tea Bomb Return & Refund Policy

At Tea Bomb, your satisfaction matters to us. We take pride in crafting high-quality, all-natural hand and skin care products for athletes. Because our balms are considered personal-use hygiene items, we cannot accept returns of any product that has been opened or used.
Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for:
- Products that arrive damaged or defective, or
- Unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
If more than 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email contact@teabomb.co with the following information:
- Your order number,
- A photo of the item (if damaged), and
- A brief description of the issue.
Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps and return shipping instructions (if applicable).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was damaged in transit or there was an error on our part.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive damaged or defective. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at contact@teabomb.co within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Any opened or used balms or sticks,
- Sale items, gift cards, or promotional bundles.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@teabomb.co with photos so we can make it right quickly—either by sending a replacement or refunding your purchase.
Tea Bomb LLC reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
